Ambulance

The First Friends Ambulance is a strong, free-wheeling vehicle that comes with its own driver figure. The child pushes the ambulance along the floor and crawls or runs after it, then poses the driver, who has a clicking head, moving arms and legs, a squeaking tummy and a hat that moves around for different looks. The driver is safe for teething and fits every First Friends vehicle. At home it plays in the living room; in a nursery or classroom it is made for group play.

How to play and learn

1Show your baby that the toy moves and encourage your child to push it along the ground and crawl after it
18 MONTHS +
2Environmental awareness starts at an early age. Explain to your child where the garbage goes and why we need to recycle.
3Show your child how to make the vehicle go. Encourage them to do it by themselves and to chase after it.
4Relate the toy to a real one and show your baby the similarities between the two.
5Talk about the appearance of the vehicle and its driver - e.g. what colour it is, how many wheels has it got?
